Our tours’ ending points may vary due to each guide’s personal itinerary. Do not worry. They all finish in the city centre. Also, once the tour is over our guides will be more than happy to devote a few minutes to answer your questions, offer a few local tips and help you locate yourselves in the city. We aim to end near Free Trade Hall.

We have two different tours, offering a little bit for everyone. On each tour, you walk a totally different route and see totally different things. Don’t miss out on anything and book multiple tours!

It doesn’t matter how many people show up. We do our free tours even for one or two people. There is no minimum number for any of our tours.

Yes, we pay taxes from every tip you give us. You will see that every guide carries a card reader with them and will be happy to provide you with a receipt on request.

Free Walking Tour Manchester tour is about one and a half hours walking, one and a half hours talking. There is a planned break in the middle. Please prepare yourself with water and a bathroom visit before joining. Of course we make a stop for an emergency, no problem!

We always try to do the tour in three hours, as we believe this is the perfect timing for a walking tour. Sometimes the tour may take 3.5 hours, depending on the amount of questions and pace of the group. It is mostly three hours walking and talking.

Yes, you can without a problem! If you want to join multiple tours on the same day, please book it in that way. Make sure you have lunch and/or water with you upfront, so you don’t have to do shopping in the hour or half hour between the tours.
